Does AURUM deliver the treatment itself?
AURUM coordinates medical travel. Medical care, assessment and clinical decisions are the responsibility of your treating doctor and provider.
Is every treatment available in all three cities?
The team confirms procedure availability and treatment location according to your case and specialist. Selecting a city does not confirm treatment availability there.
Will I need one visit or two?
Visit count and stay duration depend on the procedure and medical assessment. These details are reviewed in your plan before booking.
Are accommodation and flights included?
This depends on your quotation. Request written details of inclusions, nights, flights, transfers and any extra costs.
Can I combine treatment with sightseeing?
This depends on your doctor’s advice and recovery needs. Rest and medical appointments take priority; some activities may be unsuitable after a procedure.
Are the displayed images patient results?
